The United States Coast Guard classifies Western as a Marine Transportation Related Mobile Facility. We also service the day-to-day needs of numerous vessels throughout New England. Western specializes in the following services:

* Western's mobile facility must notify the Captain of the Port of the time and place of all marine transfers of oil or hazardous substances to or from vessels with the capacity of 250 barrels or more at least four hours before the transfer begins.
